Hi
Please do not eat so much protein at lunch be meal at this age.
You will be ok pls drink plenty of water and drink a glass of buttermilk.
There is too much of protein and fat consumed for your age you might feel gassy or bloated ( maybe).
You will feel better after passing a stool in the morning
Take care.
Nothing happen to you don't worry. As God gifted us with amazing systems.
But in future don't take palak paneer as due to phytates of palak calcium is not absorbed so.can take vegetables in palak gravy.
Hi,
Don't be worried. If body will show any anti reaction, that might be indigestion & gut disorder.
Be cautious in the future. If wish to take both items maintain good gap. Thanks
Please don't panick.
Nothing bad will happen to you. It just can cause indigestion. Nothing much.
