Hello, As per your brief description here I am not very sure about panic disorder. Multiple medical reasons can cause symptoms that mimic panic disorder. Hence a detailed medical and psychiatric assessment is required before diagnosis of panic disorder can be confidently made. I hope all of that has been already done in your case. After a thorough evaluation when panic disorder has been established, and other medical causes ruled a combination of medication and psychotherapy is usually provided. Hence you can discuss with your treating psychiatrist about change of medication and addition of psychotherapy to your regime... However the first step needs to be a thorough complete evaluation.. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.. Regards Delhi Mind Clinic
