Taking alprax can help only on symptoms basis for a while to decrease your anxiety, if you are facing panic disorder and having constant fear you should take appropriate treatment from a psychiatrist. And these conditions are treatable as they occur due to chemical changes in the brain. These can be treated with medications and also relaxation techniques and psychotherapy.
