Dear client. I would advise a word of caution before self diagnosing yourself. However, I would like to tell you that the most common symptoms of panic disorder are recurrent panic attacks characterized by palpitations, sudden onset anxiety, sweating, shakiness and a sense of impending death or losing control. So if you have any of these symptoms then immediately consult a Psychiatrist.
