I had some anxiety disorders previously say about 1-2months ago. I used to have severe panic attacks and my bp used to go high. Consulted psychiatrist and GP taking etizola beta 0.25 and practicing yoga, pranayama,meditation twice daily and now i have a great control over my mind. It's improving day by day. But still sometimes i panic but it hardly lasts and i got control over it. I even take out time talking with my self about my anxieties panics. So it a good sign? Do I need to do something more? Thank you.
