I face a lot of panic attacks. A statement that I would usually take normally, I end up reacting very badly to it sometimes, so much that I start hurting myself as a reaction to it. I literally feel my head heating up and blood boiling. Then after that I feel all sad and lonely. Please suggest some ways to deal with it.
