Hello, I would like to respond to your query in following manner- 1. Panic attack or panic disorder is a treatable condition. 2. Effective treatment can help the person be free of these bouts/episodes of anxiety. 3. The best course of action for panic disorder is a combination of medication and psychological intervention. 4. Hence my suggestion for you is to please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and further management 5. A thorough medical evaluation is required before embarking on treatment to rule out other medical and neurological conditions. 6. Therefore please do not hesitate or delay in seeking help, please do understand this as an eminently treatable condition. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
