Asked for Male, 22 Years

I was intially diagnosed as panic disorder ,later I was diagnosed as depression, symptoms are, difficulty in listening to others, easily stressed out,neck pain, headache, listening some noise while sleeping, sudden irritation in the skin,increased heat rate leads to fatigue...etc
