2 months ago doctor prescribed pexep cr 37.5 for panic and social anxiety but no improvement seen then recently he told me to start escitalopram but he forgot to give prescription and now he is not available on lybrate ...so how much dose should i take if i stop above medicine which is pexep cr 37.5..kindly help me
