My dad died in November,it was sudden and unexpected. He was so healthy and I was just 19. My anxiety attacks have reduced but sometimes I get them to the extent where I become unable to sleep all night long. Anxiety attacks never lets me sleep,my heart rate gets fast ,I start feeling as if I can't breathe and it freaks me out because I feel something might happen to me just like dad. I want to sleep properly, please help.
