Sir from past few days I am experiencing palpitations especially between 6-7 pm and when I lay down and heaviness in upper back. In September I went to cardiologist and undergone ecg tropinin i and stress echo and cardiologist said that reports were normal .so sir what I am experiencing is heart related

Your age and recent cardiac evaluation normal points that the current symptoms are not related to heart. However if you have a persistent symptom get an ECG !
