I am feeling fast heart beat from 1 month...i feel it more when lying on bed...i have attached my ECG report..plz tell what's in the ecg report?

Your ECG report shows sinus tachycardia ie heart rate of 115 which could be due to anxiety
It shows incomplete right bundle branch block which is of no concern as it is a common finding in many people.
Any resting heart rate of more than 100, should be be investigated and perhaps by an cardiologist

Can be anxiety related .
May need 24 hour Holter ECG to rule out any abnormalities
