Palpitation
Hello doctor,
I am suffering from heart palpitation since last 5 months due to some trauma.I went to the cardiologist and my ECG and Echocardiography was done and everything was normal.Dr gave me Metocard XL 25 but as I was 10 weeks pregnant then I was advised to try to control if I could.I didn't take the medicine but today I am having extreme palpitation and anxiety just because I had cold( fear of COVID).I am now 14 weeks pregnant.My pulse in oxymetre is 130+.
Kindly suggest if I can take Metocard XL 25?or any other medicine?

Hi I hope you are fine. It seems there is a pregnancy associated reflux causing high pulse rate. Some easy to follow advices regarding eating and sleeping habits will permanently cure this issue.
