Palms are itching

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Everyday my hand palms are itching but I don't see anything on my hand. When I rub, then it comes reddish. I washed my hand with soap, sanitizer but it didn't work out. Don't know what to do. Please advise.

Must be some allergy to the chemicals in the sanitizer or soap.....does it itch in the webbed spaces of the finger??
