Palm burning, hand pain and tingling

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I am experiencing a burning sensation on my palms of both the hands. Elbow is paining a lot along with my arm. My fingers are swollen and pain. I can't bend my fingers too whenever I try to do so it hurts and pains. A little side in the wrist of both of my hands a swollen thing is there may be the tendon. Everytime my hands and palm tingles .
