Palatopharyngeal muscle small buldges

Res doctors i have lot of small small buldges in bottom of right side palatine tonsil its seperated from tonsil and have blud colured spot near to that..only right side lot of buldges near to lingual tonsil area ..it located right side corner base of tongue..left side its very clear min buldges...
