Small small not fully red bump

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have noticed that from 1 month my throat pipe is not fully plain but has small small bumps on it .is it serious as it does not cause any pain and I don't have sore throat

If it's causing discomfort while swallowing, you can go for cauterization of those bumps from ENT doctor .Before that you can try a trial of chymorol TID for 10 days and see if it's reduced in size .
