Painless bump
I have painless bumps  on floor of my mouth for many years now it don't cause any pain ,I want to know what os these,they are not seen by naked eye but can be feel by tongue

Most probably these are lingual tori .... nd they will not cause any pain .... Nothing to worry ... basically bony prominences which are not harmful ...
