Painic attack and anxiety Disorder
Hello docs My I am 33 year old . Prvsly i diagnoste diabaties and painic attavk and anxiety disorder .. My father also having phobia Mostly I  was getting painic attack when i stuck in trafic jam ... i feel like i got heart attack and no one will help me to take hospital due to trafic jam ... slowly slowly problem growing and k fear to go ouy side fro. My home ... I left my job / bussiness due to painic attack .. Now i feel weakness in boadh amd.leg .. boady shakking .. lazyness .. shortness of breathing .. I am taking treatment from phsycatrist and taking sesson from psychologist .. bt result is not good Currently i am taking nexito 10 mg .. and i feel sleepy lazy allday ... even i cant sleep proper after medicine .. slee very late 3 .4.5.6 am . . I am refuler smoker .. drink occasnly .. nd masterbate daily ( after masterbate i feel little bit relax ) . Plz help me . And advise me what should i do .. if there any spsl therapy and any treatment kindly tell me plzz plzz plzz
