Is it normal to have neck pain and back pain if I have anxiety? And I'm taking lonazep 0.5mg for 7days now. I didn't get a full blown panic attack after starting the meds but the anxiety is still there. Should I continue taking them? Is it okay to take Lonazep 0.5 mg??

More common symptoms of anxiety are feeling of increased heart beats, rapid breathing, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, sleep problems, constant worries ... neck pain and back pain are usually not the symptoms of anxiety
It is important to evaluate why anxiety started and reasons that are maintaining your anxiety and work on that.
Neck pain or back pain could be both psychological pain or organic(symptoms of some other disease) off course you need details evaluation and investigation to prove that
Please consult psychiatrist to review your medication as benzodiazepines (you are taking ) relieves symptoms immediately but could be addictive if taken for long
