wisdom teeth when they start troubling are best removed if considered unrestorable or restorable with problems, removing the wisdom tooth doesnt create much problems if done by a competent surgeon
Next Steps
consult a good oral maxillofacial surgeon for physical examination of the problem

If you have already got some of your teeth extracted better to save your wisdom tooth. If the wisdom tooth is not in proper position then get that extracted. And for the fractured filling get it replaced by another filling or a crown as soon as possible.
Next Steps
better to consult a dentist.

Yes if wisdom tooth is giving u pain ...it's better t extract it..visit ur dentist...he will guide u through d process...even if u get it extracted it is a vestigial part of body...it does not play any role in mastication...
