Painful urination at start of urine

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I feel pain when pee just come at the tip of urethra i feel pain , i don't know but it looks like pain in penis nerves .. give me oral medicine i had sex 2 months ago no Std no infection no pus cells no rbc all reports normal and psa test normal and prostate is normal in size no kidney stone nothing ..
