  4. Painful urination. Medicine for this.

Painful urination
From 2 years I am suffering from painful urination and it is very unbearable pain like something injected in penis. Now I am afraid to pee everytime. After urination approx 30 min to 1 hour I feel unbearable pain. Plzz prescribe good medicine for this.
