Pain on tip of penis while urinating
It just started today afternoon when I tried to urinate, I felt a sharp pain(extremely painful) at the tip of my penis every time I tried to release some urine. I thought it might be kidney stones, so I drank lots of water but that didn't help. I am scared to urinate because of the pain.

Get a urine examination routine and microscopic done to detect any infection.for preliminary detection of Stone an ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB region.
Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with a glass of water 15 ml thrice daily may give symptomatic relief along with a analgesic.
Consult a urologist/physician for exact doses as per body weight
