Painful tooth
Severe pain in my extreme last molar teeth. having a cavity in it. the pain spreads from tooth to head shoulders and right hand.

Good evening. Seems like a combination of more than one conditions from your description. As far as the dental problem concerns, the tooth would require a filling, RCT(root canal treatment), or removal. The spreading nature of pain to your shoulder & right hand could indicate a concomitant muscle spasm or bone/nerve involvement .. Hence would write a visit to an orthopedician/neurologist.
