Painful stomach cramp but less bleeding

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Am four weeks pregnant n i took abortion ill (mifepristone n misoprostol) after taking misoprostol I got painful stomach cramp but little bleeding for few hours. Is my abortion successful? Please help!
