The doctor says it's due to Subchorionic Hematoma , after 12 to 14 weeks we will get to know if it needs abortion... Does this issue really lead to abortion??? Am so confused

It can if the bleeding persists, the haematoma increases in size. Please take rest, avoid constipation take all the medications given hy your doctor and follow up regularly.
