Painful lump in buttcrack
I have an extremely painful lump on left side of buttcrack in region between anus and vagina. It hurts all the time unless it is touched by anything, maximum when I lying down. Had anal itching and burning for few days with diarrhea which resolved in 2 days but itching and burning remained. One day I sat in some wrong way putting pressure on my butt and it started hurting a lot and that pain is till today. There is no puss or blood coming out till now and no bowel movements problems but lot of pain and irritation in anus. Swelling can be seen in picture beside index finger. I am too scared of surgery.
