  4. Painful ear. Dizy, hurts when i gulp!

Sharp pain in ear and now I can't hear and a constant noise in my ear and feel sick and dizzy, hurts when I gulp

It may be due to acute otitis media/externa...take paracetamol 650mg sos for pain relief..visit ENT specialist for proper diagnosis...
