Painful breast while feeding
Have pain in nipples while and after breastfeeding. Nipples are tight and painful. It's around 22 days of delivery.

Hey you need to check whether baby latching is correct or not and you need to check if you are breast are hard and stop any galactogogue if you are having one. You can connect for further advise and management

It could be due to cracked nipples.

Look for any cracks If yes moisturize them well if not meet a doctor in person you need to be examined

Mostly cracked nipples .. an ointment would suffice … need to do examination
