Pain with no apparent cause. Please Help
Sept '17-present. Bilateral hand pain. Joints and long bone. No swelling. Unremitting. Worsens with use. Lessens with rest. Sharp/breaking sensation. 2-8 in pain scale depending on rest or use. Loss of strength and dexterity. Worsening over time. 1 ER Dr, my primary care, and a rheumatologist did blood work. All clear. No imaging has been done. On second round of Methylprednisolone with no alleviation same as first round. There is not enough characters to completely accurately describe.

You should consult a rheumatologist at earliest... there are many disease which present as same... so evaluation is must

Hello mam! There is a group of disorder which is known as seronegative spondyloarthropathy where all tests are usually negative but patient suffers from symptoms like that of rheumatoid arthritis. Please consult your rheumatologist for ruling out this spectrum of disease. Also please note if there was presence of any viral fevers at the onset of these pains. Post viral arthralgia is very common and gives these symptoms. Meanwhile also supplement with vitaminB 12 and Vit D3. Thanks
