Hi in my opinion u need to go to visit an Orthopedic surgeon and fix the dislocation... before that do not move ur hand and keep it in a arm sling...do not move it to much...after fixing the dislocation go according to the directions given by Orthopedics...get well soon take care

Hello Please go and visit  your nearest orthopedic hospital for proper treatment.don't do any type of movement.if you have much pain then take painkiller and also you can apply ice

Kindly visit an orthopaedic surgeon asap. Also put a bandage to avoid further damage. You can do some ice packs as well to reduce the pain and swelling.
