Pain while passing urine

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Pain while passing urine since last two days. The problem.started next morning after having sex.inflammation and immense pain while urination.also unable to pass complete urine due to pain . Tried taking excess water but didn't help

It’s a simple UTI, acquired after sexual activity. Give urine r/m and culture. Now start Tab Urispas 200 mg three times daily for 3 days. Review with reports to some urologist to start antibiotics once urine r/m report available that can be continue or modified later as per urein culture report.
