Loss of sensation when passing urine

Asked for Male, 74 Years

After cancerous prostate removal I have lost urine control while walking. I am using a diaper. Now - 4 days ago, after some vigorous breathing exercises I developed severe lower back pain. Am taking pain killers and using a heating pad and belt support. I have lost the urination sensation when passing urine. The sensation has returned only a little. Please advise.
