There are painkillers ( NSAIDS) which should not be taken especially when there is urinary infection . So please get help from a physician who will write you the urinalysis test required. Once urine culture report comes . Take appropriate antibiotics .. Till then Tab urispas twice a day along with citralka syrup (2tsp in a glass of water ) . Plenty of water . Ask her to never control her urine as this can lead to urinary infection .
