Pain while lifting right hand up
My uncle had fallen off from bike 3 days back and he has pain in his right shoulder when picked up and took an x-ray but couldnt meet the doctor .I have attached the x-ray .what should be done and is it anything to be done next .

Probably rib fractures. Nothing to do. Pain medication as required

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your uncle in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
-- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.neck and shoulders.

--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab od x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)

If he has pain only in the shoulder then xray doesnt reveal injury to the shoulder
can wait for a few days nd see how the pain behaves if it doesnt settle in a week he needs to visit Orthopaedic surgeon
