Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
It could be due to fissure in ano.
You need to have a high fiber diet.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Avoid coffee, tea and other carbonated drinks.
Smoking and alcohol are absolutely contraindicated.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
