Pain while breathing
My mom is feeling pain while breathing at center of chest. The breath rate is high with a wheezing sound. When xray done, it showed enlarged bilateral hilar projection but in ct scan no such finding. I am confused. She is in problem no root cause known

Enlarged bilateral hilar projection is possible when chest radiograph is taken in expiration due to increased venous return to heart which happens during expiration
However if her symptoms, signs are suggestive of bronchial asthma don't take radiological picture into consideration! Asthma is a clinical diagnosis supported by spirometry

It looks like Asthmatic bronchitis. Pl take inhalers,and nebulisations. Take antihistamines. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
