Pain when I walk
Recently my plaster was removed from foot because I had a foot injury which after healing When Plaster was removed I made the mistake of sitting in crossed legs (alti palti ) I started having pain near the the joint  not at the place where I had injury by mistake I had also massaged my foot to clean my leg And it hurts near the joint where I applied more pressure not where I had injury My foot hurts when I put pressure on the foot, because of this I can't walk properly,And because of the crossed leg sitting ( alti palti) I feel a little pain, maybe that's why the joint which is above the foot, it hurts when I walk. And the place where the plaster was applied is fine, but from where I had put pressure on the legs sitting crossed leds(alti palti) is hurts when i walk but very little but can't walk like a normal person
