Pain under right shoulder blade
Dear sir/madam From past 3months im having pain under right shoulder blade.not at regular intervals whenever im overloaded like bike riding or any work at home. Is it serious? Im not taking any medicines it comes and goes. Pls advise

Probably the culprit is your mouse use and mobile use especially in this WFH environment. Ergonomic way of working is the key. Your shoulder blade muscles are feeling overworked.

Pain is due to spasm of muscles in upper back ,whenever muscles are in stress they goes into spasm causing pain. May be due to bad posture. Kindly get connected with me on Practo chat for further detailed discussions

proper posture. use desktop instead of laptop monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and keyboard should be at least at the level of hands get vit D3 checked
