Pain under cheeks lymph node
Hello doctor last 2 days I have pain in wisdom teeth and swelling in wisdom teeth sometimes blood comes out from it. all teeth pain.  I have some stomach issues and digestion issue. Today I see my right side neck is swollen after eating sore fruit. It looks like a lymph and pain when it touches. Swelling is so less. Is any serious problem?? Swelling increase when eat sore fruit and after some time swelling reduce. Please help
