Pain& swallow from wrist
Last 1 month having severe pain & swelling in palm and wrist.I have this problem from few year's but now its happen daily

This pain is due to median nerve compression.this is called carpal nerve syndrom. Wrist supprt splint and ultrasound therapy required...
