Pain spinal cord, back.
Pain in lower back, spinal cord for more than 4 weeks. While walking, seating, can feel it, continuous pain. Not whole lower back, only about 1 inch space.

most of the time it is muscle pain but you need to be examined for any disc prolapse or nerve pressure
