  4. Pain on wrist. Swelling is not reduced.

Pain on wrist
Pain on left wrist and shows hard swelling when wrist is lowered. It pains if i try to put pressure on wrist. I have done icing few times, but swelling is not reduced.

This is a ganglion. It is a simple swelling filled with gelitaneous fluid, known for recurrence. Go for percutaneous needle aspiration and depopred application. You can also do light massage and hot water compression initially, failing which proceed for needle aspiration.
