Pain on upper right back
I've lost strength on my right pectorals. Even the lats on the right look small as compared to my left when I raise both my hands straight above my head. Also, I feel pain and stretch on the upper right back when I try to stretch my head back. I feel the pain and stretch from there continuing till the right elbow along the triceps. Also, when I'm sitting idle or lying on the bed, I feel frequent and fast twitching in my right lats. Its been happening for the last 8-9 months. To give you a background, I workout for fitness and make sure that I'm doing everything in right posture and do not let my ego affect my workout. Never lifted weights heavier than my capability. I've no issues with my backbone. This is the only issue I have and since then I've taken a break from workingout. Ive also consulted a chiropractor and he, after taking my xray, said that my backbone is little bent towards left and my neck bone is straight instead of semicircular. Please advise.

Instead of chiropractor please take the opinion of a regular doctor ..Try consulting a orthopaedic surgeon instead
