Sir I have a problem on knee's back.Sometimes I feel paining alot sometimes not. Sir when I get medicine then I am alright but when I don't then problem is same.Sir give me the proper prescription. Thank you

Try doing: 1.static quadriceps exercises regularly and knee bending exercises. 2. Ice pack application will help. 3. Medications like Enzomac will help.
Next Steps
visit Orthopaedic Surgeon if not better within a week for evaluation and MRI.
