Just keep icing the area. No need to apply any oil or ointment - its not recommended at all, especially in that area. Be reassured that children often injure themselves, it pains for a limited time, and fades away. Bruising may occur. If any swelling, redness or severe pain occurs, visit your Pediatrician or book an online consultation with me. Please book a video consultation with me to discuss further.
