2 and half months old boy
Hello.. My baby boy two and half months old.. He is not moving his left shoulder as active as right shoulder.. And he has given first day vaccine on his left shoulder on April 3rd..and swollen at the place of injection shot.. Can you please suggest..

The swelling is the normal immune response to BCG vaccination..it will subside on its own and leave a mark...no need to apply any medicine..
