Pain on ejaculation no orgasms .

Asked for Male, 22 Years

When I ejaculate I just get pain no orgasms nothing no feeling . It was like this happening from last 2 months but before that I used to get orgasms why this happening with me.but now I get pain on ejaculation and usually pain in stomach why I don't have any orgasms , no feeling nothing , no feeling of love nothing left . What is going on with me I feel really numb please help
