Medications, whether antibiotics or pain killers, will only help in subsiding the symptoms temporarily, but can never cure a dental problem. It will require an objective treatment done by the dentist for permanent resolution of your symptoms. This treatment will depend upon the condition of the teeth and can be decided after a proper clinical examination and X-rays. Delaying the treatment can only cause the symptoms to aggravate further. Regards.
